A new pair of shoes makes it easier to get out and train when you just don't feel like it. Only did 3.5 miles but did 6 X 400 sprints with squats, lunges, and push ups in the middle. Looking forward to Rock N Roll half marathon in San Antonio and then the tough mudder in January. Signing up for events makes it easier to train.. the day I sign up is when it becomes real and not finishing isn't really an option. Shooting for a long run of 7-8 miles this weekend but going on feel with the new Nike Free shoes.

Amazing video, what incredible animals. If you have ever wanted see what it was like to fly like a falcon then you have to check this out. It looks like they used FPV equipment and stuck it on a trained falcon. Check this posting out if you want to see this on an RC airplane - flown live from video goggles (thats what FPV is..)

Benny wears a hat.. Both of our dogs were adoption/rescue dogs and we love them like children. Could be American Bulldog or mix, we aren't sure.

Simple Fpv: fatshark goggles, F-27C Stryker RTF Electric, cx-161 camera and immersion rc video transmitter. Really want to get the Go Pro HD and tape it on there. For now.. I just taped on the 808 keychain camera to record the flight I just did, but it turned out pretty jerky and it was not on straight. Much better than recording from the video that is transmitted back!

2nd flight at the baseball field by my house, unedited just put some music over it with youtube. Its fun to buzz the pool and haul ass down the road - the plane probably goes 60mph in a straight line, much faster in a dive.
